The API Innovation Center (APIIC) was recently featured on KMOX’s “Nothing Impossible” innovation show. The host Michael Calhoun interviewed Kevin Webb, Chief Operating Officer of the APIIC, about reshoring the production of essential medicines back to the U.S. and, specifically, in St. Louis, Mo. The interview touched on the U.S.’s over reliance on foreign-sourced medicine and explained the importance of APIs and their critical role in developing essential medication.
